    Purchasing extra credits

If you run out of AI credits mid-project, you can buy extra credit packs without waiting for your plan to renew. This guide covers how to buy them, how auto-refill works, and what happens to your credits if your plan changes.

    Who can purchase extra credits

Extra credit packs are available on Premium+, Pro, and Business plans. If you're on an Essential or Premium plan, you won't see the option to purchase extra credits — you'd need to upgrade your plan first.

Extra credits require an active paid subscription. If your subscription lapses or is cancelled, any unused extra credits will be forfeited.

    Available credit packs

    Pack sizeBest for
15,000 creditsOccasional top-ups for light usage
100,000 creditsRegular extra capacity for active users
    150,000 creditsHigher volume projects
1,000,000 creditsLarge-scale or team production workflows
Extra credits are consumed only after your regular plan credits are depleted. They expire 3 years after purchase, or immediately if your subscription ends.

    How to purchase

There are two ways to buy extra credits:

    • From your Subscription page — go to your account settings, open the Subscription section, and select the credit pack you want.
    • Directly from any AI tool — when you run out of credits or don't have enough for an action, a prompt will appear letting you purchase a pack without leaving the tool.

    Auto-refill

When purchasing a credit pack, you can enable auto-refill so your credits are topped up automatically whenever your balance runs low.

    • Auto-refill triggers when you have 5,000 credits or fewer remaining.
    • It always refills with one pack, regardless of how many packs you bought initially.
    • The refill price is always the standard pack price — no discounts apply to auto-refilled packs.
    • Auto-refill is not enabled by default — you need to check the box at the time of purchase.
    • You can cancel auto-refill at any time from your Subscription page.
    • Auto-refill is cancelled automatically if you downgrade from Premium+ or Pro to a lower plan.
